Class Descriptions:


Beginner-Intermediate Tap: Lambent Hughes Technique with functional fitness basics. Learn to shuffle, flap, ball change; then time-steps, softshoe, and waltz clog; advance to riffs, turns, pullbacks.  Includes a moderate TAPaerobics® component. 

 

Advanced Tap: Performance combinations using the Lambent Hughes Technique. Includes an intense TAPaerobics® component.


Jazz Stretch and Strengthen: Barre and center floor work to enhance technique and comfort.

 

Balance and Bones™: Maintain and regain bone density while improving posture and balance.


Exercise with Ease: Moderately paced aerobic and strength training workout to keep you flexible, fit and moving.
